Easy Returns and Refunds

Each piece is handcrafted with care and attention to detail, and we truly hope you’ll love the items you order. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and unexpected issues can arise. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re here to help and resolve any concerns promptly.

We accept returns if the product arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description.  You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

• Customized items: Personalized or made-to-order items (custom colors, sizes, names, or special requests) are final sale and not eligible for return, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
• Refunds:  We will refund the item price only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Condition: To be eligible, items must be in their original, unused condition.
• Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

To initiate a return, please provide a clear statement via email at [email protected] or through our Contact page including:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Subject
• Order Number
• Optional: Description of the issue (Providing a reason is optional but helps us process your return more efficiently)

Once we receive your message, we will provide instructions and the return address.
